laser relief is a kind of sculpture based on the surface of material,which uses laser beam as tool to cut or burn the material to form convex 3D graphics and texts.
In the 3D laser relief processing, there are some basic knowledge we need to know. Here I will introduce some knowledge from the3D dynamic focusing system, galva laser head to laser applications.
first, we need to know what files we can use to do 3D relief.

With the increase of processing layers, the dynamic axis of 3D dynamic focusing system cooperation to adjust the focal length and adjust the spot in real time , which can ensure that the focus spot is controllable by software in the whole processing , and can obtain higher accuracy than the traditional laser scan head.

Third, how to make the effect of relief to be best.
Before laser relief engrave, the most appropriate parameters need to be tested, such as marking parameters, filling line distance,layer thickness and so on.
1. When debugging the marking fill parameters,it is necessary to make a uniform frosted shading.

2. Layers parameters :Use the adjusted filling parameters to engrave 50~100 times on the material.Total depth/engraving times=the depth of a single process, that is the layered thickness of relief sample.
3. Laser on delay:when we need to do the sample what we want to test, we need to get the relief surface to be smooth, for example:

4. Clean: dust is generated in the process of relief engraving, which needs to be cleaned every 3-5 layers of engraving, otherwise too much dust will cause the relief not to form.
