Machine introduction
Plasma arc cutting is to use plasma arc to heat the metal to be cut to a molten state, and then use auxiliary gas to blow the molten metal to achieve the purpose of cutting. It has the advantages of high speed, small deformation, high precision, and high section finish.
The machine mainly has the function of cutting stainless steel, carbon steel round tube, square tube, channel steel and angle steel; it adopts high-resolution LCD color display, which can display cutting graphics and cutting running track, and the operation interface adopts key operation mode and supports U disk. Transfer files and also manually edit cutting programs.
5 axis cutting machine can work on round pipe, square pipe, channel steel, angle steel can be cut, and can support functions such as pause, forward, backward, speed regulation during processing. The file storage space is not less than 4G, and the processing program can be called at will.
The operation of the equipment is driven by high-efficiency servo motors, which can meet the requirements of high-speed cutting and high precision. The equipment runs smoothly without other abnormal noises such as wear and tear. High-flex shielded wire is used to truly resist high-frequency interference, suitable for various plasma models.
