1. Good for metal
When cut metal done, the metal will react with their environment and get rust, but MOPA laser have high single power, and it will have lower heat on material, so it can keep material have less change due to the heat and environment.
2. Marking color on Stainless steel
MOPA laser source can mark color on stainless steel, for some logo, picture engrave.
But it will need long time for a complete color engrave, you need to find a good parameter setting for every color, then engrave the whole file.
3.Engrave non-metal, such as keyboards mark, animal tags mark,ID cards engrave, logo mark, nylon engrave white.
3. Black mark on alumina.
For the alumina engrave, regular fiber laser to engrave will only remove the surface and get its original silver color and not clear. If use the MOPA fiber laser, it’s short pulse duration will not remove the surface layer and just get simply paint by laser, so that, this way will get a great black color on alumina.
The MOPA laser source lifetime is longer than regular laser source, also it with low maintenance cost and high usage experience, if you want to do more works by one machine, i suggest choose a machine with JPT laser source,It gives you a much better experience on laser machine.
